Some signs that your diet is unbalanced include being uncomfortable with your body, being tired all the time, having mood swings, having low energy levels, and experiencing changes in your weight. In addition, an unbalanced diet can cause difficulties with growth and development, maintenance of body tissues, challenges with bone and muscle systems, and brain and nervous system function.

Additionally, malnutrition can cause mineral depletion in the body, which can trigger various health concerns, including anemia. Anemia is a condition in which there is a lack of sufficient healthy red blood cells to carry enough oxygen to the body’s tissues.
